Recently we are updating our SMS licsense, if you are having trouble accessing your account, we recommend our users to bind their emails with us to avoid such problems. If you want to bind your email to your current account, you need some proof of your identity; for instance, previous SMS code sent to your cell phone, screenshot of your account signed in to our website, bills of your cell. Once you have collected theses credentials, we will process the request of binding your account to your current email.
