DxPool now support three types of transactions: auto withdrawal, manual withdrawal, instant transfer within DxPool.
What is Auto Withdrawal?
When the Auto Withdrawal function is activated, you can receive your coins to your financial account. You can schedule to receive payouts when you reach a designated number of coins (e.g., receive the payout when the account balance reaches 0.1 BTC).
How to set up Auto Withdrawal?
1. To login into the DxPool account, find the Assets to access your financial account.
2. Find the cryptocurrency you want to set up Auto Withdrawal. Cryptos that support Auto withdrawal: LTC, DOGE, SC, HNS, CKB, KDA, LBC, STC.
3. Click the button behind your chosen coin and the system will start to send payouts to your wallet when the balance reaches the minimum amount.
When will be the next withdrawal to your financial account?
System will automatically withdraw the payouts on 10:00 a.m. everyday if the balance reach the designated amount.
Why is the Auto Withdrawal delayed?
If you have not received any payouts after 11:00 a.m., it could be one of the following situations:
1. Payout system errors, please notify us about the problem.
2. Cryptocurrency network issues, please wait patiently until the network responds.
3. Purely bad luck, there is no enough rewards and payouts in your account or payouts do not reach the designated amount.
4. Emergent situation like Blockchain and mining pool statistics errors, once occurred, Dxpool will fix the errors immediately.
5. When you request a large withdrawal exceeds the withdrawal limit, there will be a withdrawal approval that takes less than 24 hours.
Kind Reminder:
When you customize your payout threshold amount, please make sure this amount exceeds the minimum deposit amount of your wallet. Otherwise, the payouts will fail to deposit to the wallet.
