Settlement and withdrawal availability can vary by asset and network. After signing in, open the relevant asset in the DxPool Assets page to view its current settlement status, withdrawal threshold, and available withdrawal options.

If a payment is delayed

Check the asset and withdrawal status first. Network congestion, confirmation requirements, or a withdrawal review may delay completion. Contact DxPool Support if the status does not explain the delay.
